We worked with a renewable energy developer to evaluate potential opportunities for wetland, stream, and grassland bird habitat mitigation on lands under lease. This included a desktop analysis and GIS mapping to identify potentially suitable sites, followed by a field review to review and prioritize the sites under consideration. We provided a report with recommendations, next steps, and timeframe. Key partners included Working Lands Investment Partners and Edgewood Environmental Consultants.
